River's Bend is a large town in the Fell Valleys, south of the primary river. The town has figured out how to effectively purify and filter the spore-tainted water in small amounts. Crops here have been ravaged by blight and resources are scarce.

A sour man who almost refused the party entry into River's Bend. He used to live in close proximity to trickster spirits, and is extremely suspicious of anyone who is not earthfolk or riverfolk.
